These two connected villas were created for rental purposes on a relative small plot and under very strict architectural restrictions of the prestigious resort 'Domaine de Pont Royal' in Mallemort. Although the terrain was quite compact, the requirement for both villas were severe: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room/kitchen, storage space and a swimming pool. The villas were to be separately rented, so privacy was an issue. It was a nice challenge to include all demands of the client in an attractive design and meet the architectonical requirements of the Domain. Each villa has about 80 m2 habitable surface, a balcony and a terrace covered with a wooden pergola.
