2012 - rehabilitation of an old farm and a barn, Fondieu

This beautiful unity of farm and barn with mansard roofs and front porches was a joy to rehabilitate.
​We designed a large kitchen/dining room divided from the sitting room by a double sided wood burner. An open staircase made with wood and iron leads to a landing between the two rooms on each side of the house on the first level just under the characteristic roof.
The middle of the house where the dining table is anticipated benefits the high cathedral ceiling with ancient trusses which enriches the space.
A large master bedroom and 2 extra bedrooms are planned in the barn, connected by a veranda to the main house.
