2009 - historical building Espéraza divided in 12 apartments

The rehabilitation of domaine de Caderonne (1809) build on a foundation that dates back to the 11th century and landscaping of its surrounding grounds.
After having different kinds of public functions Domaine de Caderonne was left unoccupied for several years and needed a serious renovation.
In commission of SCI Caderonne we divided the building into 12 spacious apartments with balconies, a commun staircase and an elevator. On the enormous plot of land we've created various enjoyable places, like a 'belvedere' high above the river Aude with picnic areas, a vegetable garden and fruittrees, different walking paths through the forrest and sunbathing areas. Also parking places an a number of carports are foreseen.
